Our apartment map below has virtual tours of most units with the ability within the tour to pre-measure rooms for your furniture. Our cleaning staff sanitizes the elevator and common areas regularly.
We are next door to the El Mezquite Market and two blocks from both Food King Grocery and Walgreens. There are many restaurants nearby, several within a block. Montaño Rail Runner station is less than a mile away, and the North Fourth bus line stops are just across the street.
All units come with gated parking spaces.

Credit scores of 700 or above. Credit requirements can/may change.
Gross Monthly household income at least three times the rent.
Able to pass a background check.
Able to verify rental history.
Minimum of $100,000 renter’s insurance.
