Most units have a balcony and washer/dryer. Each unit has its own refrigerated-air-conditioning/heating forced-air HVAC unit. Guaranteed gated parking. Covered and EV-charging parking available by permit for an additional fee.

 

We are smoke free curb-to-curb.

 

We are locally owned and managed. Our full-time, on-site professional management is here to support while encouraging streamlined interactions whenever possible: we have online work-orders and online payment. Our apartment map below has virtual tours of most units with the ability within the tour to pre-measure rooms for your furniture. Our cleaning staff sanitizes the elevator and common areas regularly.

 

We are next door to the El Mezquite Market and two blocks from both Food King Grocery and Walgreens. There are many restaurants nearby, several within a block. Montaño Rail Runner station is less than a mile away, and the North Fourth bus line stops are just across the street.

Applicants to rent apartments at Fourth Street Flats must have the following:

 

bullet  Credit scores of 700 or above. Credit requirements can/may change.

bullet  Gross Monthly household income at least three times the rent.

bullet  Able to pass a background check.

bullet  Able to verify rental history.

bullet  Minimum of $100,000 renter’s insurance.
